Details:

Made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, this wine is medium ruby in colour and has intense aromas of black cherries, plums and chocolate.

Medium bodied with good acidity, soft ripe tannins and good fruit flavours. Well balanced with a long finish.

Ripasso is the practice of refermenting the Valpolicella on the pressed grapes of Amarone after it has finished fermenting and adds further flavour and body.
