We source ‘real’ wines direct from independent producers and have exclusive distribution partnerships with them in the UK. We have recently started to branch out exploring distribution opportunities in new emerging markets further afield with them. We keep a tight hold of our costs and are able to offer excellent value, first class wines without squeezing our dedicated producers.

There is a real danger that the increasing tide of simple factory wine is threatening the diverse flavours and tastes the world of wine has to offer. We want to play our small part in ensuring that "real wines" that have a "sense of place" are, at the very least, accessible to the fastest growing sector of the market, targetting those wine consumers whose purchasing decisions are based more on the quality, provenance and character of a wine rather than simply a matter of price.

I'm Jerome and I set up Harlington Wine with my father, David Harlington, in July 2006. I hold the Diploma in Wines and Spirits and have worked alongside some of the world's most celebrated wine producers and Masters of Wine.

My father's love of wine spans over thirty years of discovery and together we have built close friendships with producers across the wine growing regions of the world.

All our producers are independent; their wines taste delicious and are the best example in their region that we could find. They practice sustainable viticulture, and are paid a fair price for their wines.
